Many times you will see that I have visiting clinicians here for my workshops. I highly recommend all of them - otherwise, I wouldn’t invite them at all to teach my students! These are mostly professionals of 20-30 years. They have varied experience, and varied ways of teaching. Some live in town, and some come from out of town, nationally and internationally. These clinics are very inexpensively priced for you, the student! I have been doing these for 13 years! These clinics are really and truly a great value!

Starting Sundays, August 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd...the first 3 Sundays will be the singers and a pianist, finding songs and keys and general education in such matters. Ms Segal-Garcia will show up on the 2nd Sunday to critique and give further suggestions to the individual singers. The 4th week will be an actual trio workshop! This will include Ms. Segal-Garcia critiquing, as well!

CRITIQUE & CONSULT
with Cathy Segal-Garcia
Master Performer, Coach, Composer & Producer
If your goal is to be a professional, sought after singer, this service may be for your benefit!
This service consists of Ms. Segal-Garcia:
1) Doing a live evaluation of you singing with musicians
2) A followup consult session in her teaching studio, giving you tools you personally need to improve.
You have 3 choices to choose from:
CHOICE A
You come to a Cathy Segal-Garcia jam session and perform a song. I will sit and listen to you, taking detailed notes. My evaluations will address your musicality, pitch, breath use, phrasing, scatting if applicable, relating to the audience, communication with the band, body posturing, using the microphone, etc. After that evening, within a short period of time, you will meet with me in my teaching studio, where you will get balanced and broad feedback on your performance and tools you can practice with to improve.
Price: $60.
If you'd like more coaching with me at that point, you can schedule a class with me at a 10% discount from my regular fee, to further explore anything you learned in this CRITIQUE & CONSULT.
CHOICE B
I will attend your gig (my schedule permitting, & fees for my attendance...cover charge, parking, a drink...being taken care of by you.) I will sit and listen to you, taking detailed notes. My evaluations will address your musicality, pitch, breath use, phrasing, scatting if applicable, relating to the audience, communication with the band, body posturing, using the microphone, etc. After that evening, within a short period of time, you will meet with me in my teaching studio, where you will get balanced and broad feedback on your performance and tools you can practice with to improve.
Price: $100.

CHOICE C
You will attend a MASTER CLASS/workshop given by me. You will get up and perform in front of the class, and I will observe and critique you in front of the class. You get gentle, loving feedback in a safe environment...and you also learn from observing your colleagues' processes and feedback from me, as well.
Price:$40.
